Move of the Month, the Air Squat


Club One Crossfit and 4X Nutrition Center have teamed up to to bring you our " Move of the Month".

This month we dissect the 'Air Squat'. The air squat is a compound, full body exercise that trains primarily the muscles of the hips, thighs, butt, hamstrings, and quads. The squat also strengthens ligaments, bones, and tendons throughout the lower body. Squats are a vital exercise for increasing the strength and size of your butt and legs. The benefits to your core strength is an added benefit of the squat.
