DFine gave me energy. No jitters. Drink it before a workout, cutting grass or just walking.I think it's too expensive tho. I might buy it again. I lost 10 pounds in 1 month but I did follow a low carb diet also. Grape flavor is good. Try it.

Although D-Fine 8 comes in many more flavors than most pre-workout drinks, only a few of them ever sounded appealing. This one is actually quite good, and like all flavors, doesn't give me the twitchiness or the flush that I get from other pre-workout drinks.

I loved it! Curbs appetite, boosts energy, and it tastes great! Would definitely recommend to a friend. Haven't noticed any weight loss yet though, only been using for a couple weeks.

From the first day I started using this, I stopped drinking coffee. I just had no desire for the coffee any longer. I use Define8 in the morning with hot water, so it's like your morning cuppa Joe. The Green Tea Leaf Extract seems to be the main (and perhaps only) source of caffeine in the ingredient list. Gurana Seed Extract is an energy booster, but I do not believe it is caffeine. I have not seen any weight loss from it. I have take a first round of fat/muscle percentage measurements, but I have not yet done a second round so perhaps I am making some progress in that area.

The grapefruit flavour tastes great, but I do not see that flavor listed on this site. I am buying another container of it and trying the Lemon Twist this time.
